Your sales after Gairgo's commission become available once each order is delivered and checked. Go to Earnings and tap Withdraw to get it on your MoMo.
Use the open/closed switch on the Orders page. With store hours on, Gairgo opens and closes you automatically at your set times.
In Menu, switch the item to out of stock so customers can't order it. Rejecting orders refunds the customer and looks bad in your insights.
Call Gairgo support with the order number from Order history.
Customers rate each delivered order from 1 to 5 stars, sometimes with a comment. See them in Insights. You see the order number, not who wrote it. Customers see your average once you have 5 ratings.
